Some people tends to hit gold on the river more often than other, one of them is certainly Tom ‘Durrrr’ Dwan, infamous online player turned live-player. At this perticular table the stakes were $200/$400 with both players sitting with over $67,000 stacks in front of them on the table.
In March 2004 at the age of 17, Dwan began playing online poker with a $50 bankroll focusing initially on $6 sit-and-go’s. After finding he could beat these games he turned to cash games where he grinded through the low stakes, building up his bankroll before reaching his current level of play which is often $500/$1000 stakes in which he plays against other notable professional players such as Phil Ivey, David Oppenheim, David Benyamine, John Juanda and Patrik Antonius. Dwan has said that since playing online he has never gone broke. On 26 October 2008, during a session of $500/1000 No-Limit Hold’em on Full Tilt, Dwan played the biggest pot to date in online poker, $723,938, losing with KK versus Urindanger’s AA. According to HighStakesDB.com Tom Dwan earned $5.41 million on FullTilt in 2008.

That has nothing to do with skills. He can play this hand like this because the bets mean nothing to him because he ’s a millionair. He can play with $ 100.000 like I could play with $ 0,05.

@stoixima
brutal beat , but donk? i think not , he had a ton of outs on the turn , 15 to a flush/straight/straight flush , if he were up agains a 10 , but as the play went he could of been against a 7 , an overpair , or just 2 over cards , most of the times he just wins the pot right there , and when he does get a call from a 10 he has 30% chance of improving.
in HU play it is very hard for you or your oponent to hit anything on a paird board because there are only 5 cards that can connect, even less to hit a monster with 1010, 77
if you think this was a donk play than you are probably known as a fish at the tables
