That’s right folks, you read right!

You’d think that a WSOP bracelet would be any poker player’s prized possession, but 2008 WSOP Main Event champion Peter Eastgate has other plans for his 18-carat white gold bracelet, paved with 291 diamonds.

Peter Eastgate is graciously offering his WSOP bracelet up for auction on eBay- with 100 per cent of the final sale price going to UNICEF.

“Well, it was just lying around collecting dust,” Eastgate said.

“Of course, I am still extremely proud of my title to this day. But the bracelet itself, I am never wearing, since I really don’t wear any jewellery. So I thought that by giving away the bracelet and watches, a lot more people will hopefully be able to benefit from the items.”

If you’re interested in grabbing your very own piece of poker history, the starting bid for the bracelet is US$16,000. Eastgate is also putting up two of his watches for auction, with all proceeds going to UNICEF also.

“I hope that the auctions will attract a lot of people. Every new bid is a help for the less fortunate children helped by UNICEF,” Eastgate added.
